I'm roasting some beans now but, they won't be ready for 24 - 48 hours. I'm thinkin' I need to raid my Wife's specialty tea stash. So, I take a look at what she has:
Kenilworth OP
Mokalbari SFTGBOP CL
Fine lung China Organic
Tung Ting Jade Oolong
Golden Monkey
Lemon Green
and a blend of Silver Needle/Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearls/Golden Monkey
I am choosing the blend. I'll report back later.

Tom, why not just stop by your local coffee shop and splurge two or three bucks for a good coffee drink?

| It's 10am and no coffee???? How is such a thing possible? I'd be running, not walking to my local Mobile station just to get something in my system. |
