See, this is one of those days where I don't know what the heck to talk about. I had my usual
one cup of coffee: High Rise holiday blend, cream, no sugar. No big deal. Actually,
you can see pictures of what I drank yesterday
(January 5, 2005) on the "Coffee Pictures" page.
Anyway, I just got back from
visiting a yak farm north of town.
I'll definitely have pictures coming on my ColoradoGuy web site for sure. :)
But I'll tell you what I'm even more excited about it! It's my
Piece Of Garbage dot com web site that I'm working on. Heh heh! Hopefully it'll
be a fun place with approximately twelve really funny video clips of me doing crazy stuff.
A couple of days ago I bought a metal garbage can at the hardware store and already
I've been doing some crazy stuff with it. The photo above is a self-portrait of me
holding the garbage can while in the parking lot of the hardware story.
Alright, I'm done writing. I might have one more cup of coffee! ;) Have a great one!
Love, Steve

Alright, let me tell you how much I love Dunkin' Donuts coffee! :)
In my small suburban hometown in New Jersey,
I couldn't believe it, but there were actually three Dunkin' Donuts franchises. It was so wonderful!
I think almost everyday I drank a large Dunkin' Donuts coffee. I always order
it with cream and no sugar, by the way, and I really appreciated their different
flavors. Hazlenut has always been one of my favorites, but then I discovered
vanilla spice and - oh my goodness! - that particular brew was heavenly.
By the end of my trip, I began buying the extra large size and even made second
visits to Dunkin' Donuts in the evening to buy their decaf coffee.
In the photo above, that's me happily holding a Dunkin' Donuts cup. It's an okay shot,
but uhm, my teeth look yellow! Yeeeeech! :(
So now I'm back in Buena Vista, Colorado and sadly, there are no Dunkin'
Donuts in this region known as the Arkansas Valley. The closest Dunkin' Donuts
that I know of is on the west side of Colorado Springs, which is about 100 miles
away. That particular Dunkin' Donuts was the site of my meeting those crazy teenagers
and where I bought a sesame bagel with strawberry cream cheese (that became a huge and annoying media event). Sigh! What I would do to have a Dunkin' Donuts in this itty-bitty town of mine! :p)
Happy coffee drinking everyone! As for my coffee drinking today, I
had quite a few cups this morning at the "men's breakfast" that's held on
Wednesday mornings at a local restaurant. The coffee was so-so - probably
one of those crappy factory brands - but at least I feel pretty good and
energized this morning. I've got a lot to do today, including doing some work with a web site about Teller County.

P.S. Can you believe it? I typed through an entire blog entry and didn't complain about this blog once! ;)

I'm drinking my first cup of coffee this morning, and man, I already feel better! :)
So I was gone for ten days and got a much needed rest from this coffee blog.
I'm telling you, this coffee blog was driving me crazy and I'm actually shocked that I compared this blog to be stuck in a "bad marriage". Sheeeeesh!
I spent much of my time in New Jersey with my parents and visiting old friends. On Christmas Day, we all went over to my older brother's house in New York and I got to see my 90-year-old grandmother. It was so nice to see her!
With regards to coffee, I drank Dunkin' Donuts coffee almost everyday! Oh my goodness!
I LOVE DUNKIN' DONUTS COFFEE! :) For now, I'm going to leave
a little bit of suspense and I plan to write about my adventures
with Dunkin' Donuts tomorrow morning.
As for the picture above, that's a shot of my best childhood friend Bernie, while we were inside a New Jersey pet shop. You can click the photo above to see the entire pictorial or click here.
That's all for now. Have a rockin' coffee drinking day!
-Steve :)
